With America's interest in culinary arts growing as never before, few occupations can offer the creativity, excitement and growth found in the culinary arts. Based on the classical principles of Escoffier, the Culinary Arts program emphasizes progressive techniques and trends. Students receive instruction in modern kitchens and gain practical experience by participating in an externship with a quality food service operation in the greater Los Angeles area.
